Procedures

Pre requisites

Name Change
1) Written Application to our Consumer Relations Department
2) Photocopy of last month's bill
3) No Objection Certificate from the builder / society to our Consumer Relations Department
Duplicate Bill
1)
  • Register a Complaint / Request with the Call Center on the numbers given below; together with your fax number.
  • Duplicate bill will be sent to you by fax / mail, else arrange to collect a copy of duplicate bill from our Consumer Relations Department, Carnac.
2) Photocopy of last month's bill
High Energy Registration Complaint
1) Written Application to our Consumer Relations Department
2) Photocopy of last month's bill
