Customer Support Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum
Tata Power has constituted a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) in accordance with sub-section (5) of Section 42 of the Act and the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006.
The CGRF shall take up all consumer grievances related to electricity which have either received no response within the prescribed time frame of 2 months or is not satisfied with the response of Internal Grievance Redressal Cell (IGRC) of Tata Power
CGRF is functioning from the following location:
